CallXAI is built so that what's said on your calls stays with your company. This page explains, in plain words, what we handle and what we don't.

The short version

This website

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or trackers, loads nothing from other services and keeps no visitor logs. If you request access on the sign-up page, we receive what you type into the form and use it only to set up your company and reply to you. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

What we need to run the service

To set up and run your company's account, we keep:

Every business is verified before activation. While CallXAI is invite-only, signing up also needs an invite code from a company that already uses it.

Your calls, transcripts and recordings

Speech is turned into text on each agent's computer. When AI is on, the transcript is encrypted on that computer and can only be opened by your company's own AI service. When recording is on, recordings are encrypted on the agent's computer so that only your company's managers can open them. Where these encrypted files are stored for delivery, they are stored in a form we can't read.

Company email

Emails in your company's mailboxes belong to your company. We don't read, sell or train on them. When AI is on, your company's AI reads them as part of each client's history, under the same rules as calls.

The AI

CallXAI's AI does not keep prompts or use them for training. We don't send your data to AI services that collect it. If your company doesn't want AI at all, choose the Dialer plan, or switch AI off for the teams that shouldn't use it.

Our role for your customer data

For the customer data your company handles in CallXAI, we act as a processor on your behalf under GDPR and UK GDPR, and your company is the controller. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Leads and customer data

The leads and customer details your company imports belong to your company. We don't sell them, share them or use them for anything other than giving your people the app they work in. Number checks look up whether a phone number is in service; nothing else about the person is collected.

A private server

A private server just for your company is available on request.

Your responsibilities

Your company decides whether calls are recorded and who is called. You are responsible for following the calling and recording rules of the countries you call, including telling clients when a call is recorded where that is required.

Deleting your data

When your company stops using CallXAI, write to us and we will delete your account and the billing records we no longer need to keep.
